As many of you know, last week, we were contacted about 5 littermates who Animal Control had taken and brought to a shelter in Fall River, MA. We have been calling them the Fall River Five. The 2 year old pack came from backyard breeders who never placed them and left them in a very neglectful state. Today, the first of the five, Casey, went to his foster-to-adopt home. His new dad Nick recently lost his rescue bull terrier Jasper and was having a hard time with the quiet in his home. Casey seemed to check the boxes for what Nick was looking for in a bully. We are hopeful that this is the beginning of a wonderful relationship between Nick and Casey.
