Immediate Foster Needed

An approximately 6 year old female bull terrier was dumped yesterday and is currently in a shelter in Batavia, OH. We don’t know any other information currently except what is written in this post. We know that she was picked up as a stray twice, she was rehomed after last time but that person dumped her yesterday. We know she has been good with all the humans she has interacted with. We have someone going to evaluate her today at 4 pm. If that evaluation goes good and there are no red flags, we need an immediate foster home for her. If we don’t have something lined up, as soon as her stray hold ends on Saturday, the shelter will just adopt her out to anyone who comes in. If you can foster her, we would need a commitment for at least a 30 day evaluation to learn more about her and then the willingness to keep her until we find the right home for her. If you have other animals, we would ask that you keep her separate the first few weeks and then carefully try to introduce her to the other animals to see if she is okay with them or not. If not, we would ask that you continue to keep her separate until she goes to a new home. Since we don’t know her background, kids 14 and older. This is the kind of situation that rescue is about, opening your home to foster and give a bull terrier like this one, a chance.
